A leading food manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard and that production runs efficiently. Food industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the engineering team across maintenance and production support
* Oversee planned maintenance schedules and reactive maintenance activities
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant efficiency
* Manage budgets and engineering projects
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in manufacturing, preferably in the food sector
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent planning and organisational abilities
* Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of maintenance systems
