Overview
Health Care Assistant – Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) Available. This full‑time day shift role is located in Ely (CB7) with an hourly pay of £12.21 and includes a Sponsor Certificate (CoS) for eligible Skilled Worker visa holders already residing in the UK.
Main Duties
* Assist clients or residents with personal care duties such as showering, dressing and grooming.
* Help with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety and comfort.
* Follow care plans and company rules while administering medication.
* Provide emotional and social support to improve mental well‑being.
* Aid with cooking and feeding as required.
* Keep detailed records of care delivered and report any changes in a patient’s condition to senior team members.
Requirements
* Must currently live in the UK and hold a Skilled Worker visa or be eligible to apply for one.
* Experience in care work is preferable but not mandatory; comprehensive induction and training will be provided.
* Kind, patient, dependable and able to communicate effectively.
* Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and provide references.
* Available to work full‑time day shifts in the Ely (CB7) area.
