Our busy and friendly GP Practice in Lincolnshire is seeking two enthusiastic Locum Receptionists to join their team immediately. They’re a supportive and welcoming practice, and we’re looking for individuals who share their commitment to providing excellent patient care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcoming patients and visitors with a warm and professional approach.
* Managing appointments, telephone calls, and patient inquiries efficiently.
* Maintaining patient records and ensuring data accuracy.
* Handling administrative tasks, including correspondence and processing requests.
* Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth practice operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Immediate availability and a genuine desire to start work right away!
* Proven experience as a Receptionist, ideally within a GP practice setting.
* Essential: Previous experience with System One clinical software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A proactive and organised approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.
* A friendly and empathetic attitude towards patients and colleagues.
* A willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
