Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead diverse construction initiatives, utilise advanced project management tools, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results.
Duties
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Coordinate and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
* Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contractor selection.
* Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
* Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications.
* Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones .
* Manage project documentation diligently to ensure accuracy and accessibility throughout the project lifecycle.
