Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Glasgow. The Trainee Property Manager will be part of a factoring team assisting in the administration of a district of residential property in Scotland, providing a professional level of service to property homeowners across Glasgow and the West of Scotland. Key tasks include acting as a key point of contact for clients regarding any issues at their property developments, dealing with homeowners' communications and enquiries via telephone, email and face to face meetings. The role will also involve organising and overseeing repairs and maintenance works to developments, communicating with contractors and providing regular updates to homeowners.
Skills:
Previous customer service experience
Good organisational and administrative skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities skills
Basic understanding of property factoring and maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Driving licence is preferred
Familiarity with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011 is advantageous
