Your Role: Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to maintain efficiency and quality, leading a team that is committed to excellence.
Shift Pattern: This position operates on a 2-cycle shift pattern over 5 days (Monday-Friday), with shifts from 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. Enjoy a competitive salary along with an additional shift pay of £273 per month.
What You’ll Do:

IWS & Standardized Work: Execute processes according to standards, challenge inefficiencies, and contribute to process improvements.

Loss Identification: Drive continuous improvement in the receiving area and actively participate in loss elimination initiatives.
*
Fundamentals Ownership: Ensure perfect execution of safety, quality, and internal controls, documenting and investigating any outages.
*
Business Results Ownership: Take charge of specific areas, ensuring smooth shift handovers and maintaining cleaning standards.
*
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure timely delivery of daily operations.
*
Leadership: Act as the fundamentals results owner for your shift, completing safety and quality alerts promptly.
*
Team Management: Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and quarterly reviews, coaching your team to achieve their goals.

FLT Qualification: Trained and IOSH certified.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP/TMS/Maestro or similar systems, along with solid Excel knowledge.

Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
