Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Outs (Cat A & Cat B)\n\nAre you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional commercial fit-outs? Do you have a track record of overseeing Cat A and Cat B projects up to £1m in value? We want to hear from you!\n\nLocation: London & the surrounding areas \n\nSalary: £60k-70k + Benefits\n\nRole Overview:\n\nAs Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects, managing all aspects from inception to completion.
You will ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage the full project lifecycle for Cat A and Cat B fit-outs up to £1m in value.\n\nOversee project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.\n\nCoordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.\n\nManage site teams, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\nMonitor and control project budgets, mitigating any risks to the financials.\n\nProvide regular project updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders.\n\nTroubleshoot any issues that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep things on track.\n\nEnsure all quality control processes are in place and adhered to throughout the project.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience managing Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects, with a solid understanding of the commercial construction sector.\n\nStrong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.\n\nAbility to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.\n\nA background in construction project management, ideally with a relevant qualification (e.g., Degree in Construction Management, RICS accreditation, or similar).\n\nFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asta, MS Project).\n\nFull driving license (preferred but not essential).\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
