Exciting opportunities exist to join our teams as a registered nurse working across the medical, surgical & care of the elderly wards. Working long day/night shifts & as part of the multidisciplinary team, you will deliver the highest quality care to our patients, in line with our trust values.
As an accountable registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to an allocated group of patients providing total patient care. Clinical duties include:
1. Acute and chronic medical care
2. Managing deteriorating patients
3. Wound management
4. Pain management
5. Diabetes management
6. Health promotion
7. Patient education
8. Complex discharge planning
9. Sepsis treatment
10. End of life care
11. Dementia and delirium care
