Permanent (busy) Customer Service Office Admin position available - immediate start for the right person! Newbury office based. Inbound calls - listening/recapping/resolving customer queries processing customer orders accurately. Monday to Friday, full time hours. Team working in the office - no hybrid working option available, due to the nature of the role and bouncing off other team members. Ability to pick up technical knowledge and always paying great attention to detail - will involve working with many different part numbers per order. Confidence with IT and fabulous people skills are essential. CRM database experience is ideally preferred, but not essential to enquire. £27k bonus and competitive benefits package.
