Your new role
1. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework.
2. Create a safe, weing, and inspiring learning environment that supports early development and curiosity.
3. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and wider agencies to support each child’s progress.
4. Accurately track pupil development and contribute to whole‑team planning.
5. Promote positive behaviour, safeguarding, and emotional wellbeing at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Experience teaching within Early Years, ideally in a Reception setting.
8. Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood pedagogy.
9. A caring, enthusiastic teaching style with excellentmunication skills.
10. A passion for delivering outstanding early learning experiences.
