The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting. * Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. * Be confident in managing challenging behaviours with a calm and resilient attitude. * Have knowledge of specific SEND conditions or relevant training (e.g., Makaton, PECS, or Team-Teach). * Show a clear commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of vulnerable children.
