A specialist SEN school in Windlesham, Surrey is seeking a Science Teacher to inspire their students through science!
About the role
This is not a typical teaching role.
You will teach small classes of around 6 pupils, supported by teaching assistants and an onsite clinical team, in a calm and purpose built environment designed for students with autism.
The role involves working with young people who may have had disrupted experiences in education, helping them rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and achieve meaningful academic and personal progress.

What you’ll be doing
* Plan and deliver engaging, personalised Science lessons
* Create a calm, structured environment where students can thrive
* Adapt teaching to meet individual needs and learning styles

* Contribute to a broad, flexible curriculum including practical and outdoor learning
What we’re looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Science
* Experience in SEND/ASC or a strong interest in developing in this area
* A calm, patient, and adaptable teaching approach
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
