As a History Teacher, you will support students in exploring key historical events, analysing sources, and understanding different perspectives. You will create a positive classroom environment where discussion, enquiry, and independent learning are encouraged. Core Responsibilities: Plan and deliver clear and engaging history lessons. Encourage source analysis and critical thinking skills. Monitor and assess student progress regularly. Adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs. Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching History in a school setting. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Good communication and organisational abilities. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
