We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin in the planning dept. This to join a well-established company based in Leeds (LS10). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone with administrative and customer service skills who is looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable organisation.
The Role:
* Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
* Scheduling and coordinating planning activities efficiently
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous administration and/or planning experience preferred
* Good attention to detail and confident IT skills
* Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and happy to work fully on-site
