Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Neighbourhood Allocations Performance Officer to work across our vibrant organisation. Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)Duration: Fixed Term (12 months) What You’ll Do: Oversee void management performance to ensure that all teams involved in this activity achieve targets; thereby minimising average re-let times and rent loss Analyse voids performance, identifying barriers to performance and ensuring that any service improvements required are addressed Collate and analyse data to enable local partners and customers to monitor and review CBL performance Map performance trends and carry out benchmarking exercises Complete regulatory returns such as CORE and the RSR Collate and analyse data regarding customer access, vulnerabilities and bidding patterns What You’ll Need: Significant experience of working in social housing, either with a local authority or registered provider with experience of working in a traditional lettings or Choice Based Lettings environment. Experience of managing performance across multi-disciplinary teams Previous experience of implementing IT changes and acting as system administrator and experience of managing performance. A strong level of Microsoft 365 experience including TEAMS and Excel.
