Position Overview
The Data Services Architect is a new role which is required to ensure that ServiceNow Data is designed to be available to meet the needs of the Consuming Processes, Audit and Regulators.
You will be pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives for DB, helping modernize our technology landscapes and achieve our strategic goals. You will possess a blend of technical, business, and strategic skills to design and optimize service delivery solutions effectively.
As the Data Services Architect you will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions accordingly.
Your key responsibilities include proactively gathering, evaluating, and analyzing data from various sources to support strategic change. You must effectively capture requirements and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure that DB meets and then exceeds its mission to be best in class with its ServiceNow implementation.

Your key responsibilities
* Design, create and maintain a Common Service Data Model (CSDM) compliant data strategy required to support the many consumers of ServiceNow data, supporting the future of the bank.
* Define technology changes required to ensure sustainable, accurate and complete data exist in Servicenow, across the CSDM.
* Run disciplined governance activities ensuring high quality output, timely execution and transparency.
* Professionally represent Data Services to internal customers, Governance teams, Group Audit and when required, directly to regulators.
* Exploit native ServiceNow capabilities to avoid and reduce technical debt. Advocate efficiencies, stabilization and continuous improvement
Your skills and experience
* Significant experience of delivering complex technology and data driven solutions within ServiceNow for a Global Financial Services company, or a similar size organization in a regulated industry.
* ServiceNow experience across Public and Private cloud solutions such as Google Cloud and VMware.
* Effective in gathering reporting requirement and communicating outcomes to technical and non-technical users.
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Highly motivated, flexible team player with the ability work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to share appropriate insights with stakeholders
