Position: Microsoft Analytics & Reporting Consultant Sector: Financial Services Industry: Insurance
Role OverviewThe Microsoft Analytics & Reporting Consultant will support a Financial Services (Insurance) client in enhancing and optimising Microsoft 365 capabilities, with a particular focus on Copilot, SharePoint, and analytics-driven business processes. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to map business needs, design process improvements, ensurepliance adherence, and support delivery through documentation and training.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse existing business processes and map requirements for Microsoft 365-powered analytics and reporting solutions.
2. Design, configure, and implement solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint.
3. Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
4. Ensure all solutionsply with regulatory,ernance, and security standards applicable within the Financial Services sector.
5. Produce high-quality documentation and contribute to user training where necessary.
6. Support ongoing project activities as part of a wider IBM delivery team.
Required Skills & Experience
7. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 CopilotCopilot StudioSharePoint features & configuration
8. Proven background in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
9. Excellent stakeholder management,munication, and presentation skills.
10. Experience working in regulated industries, with an understanding ofpliance andernance frameworks (Financial Services preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills
11. Experience in delivering documentation and end-user or stakeholder training.
