About The Role
Main Responsibilities:
1. Review daily key reports and identify area’s outside of tolerance.
2. Production of weekly manufacturing/ transport pack
3. Support in preparation of monthly financial commentary on volumes, manufacturing and material variance, fixed costs and site margin.
4. Weekly MUV/PPV/MPV analysis
5. Direct & Indirect labour analysis.
6. Balance sheet reconciliations.
7. Preparation of site/ Transport fixed asset register.
8. Product cost calculation and cost variance tracking.
9. Support in Quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
10. Qualified/ Part Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
11. Experience of a recognised ERP system (preferably IFS)
12. Previous experience gained in a manufacturing role
13. Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy
14. Ability to work as part of a team
15. Ability to clearly communicate in a professional manner
16. Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal effectively with both colleagues and suppliers
