Main Responsibilities
Inputting daily transactions to Sage cloud50.
1. Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
2. Bank & Statement Reconciliation
3. Vehicle records and maintaining fixed asset register alongside Hire Purchase registers
4. Offer support to the Finance department with analysis and reconciliation as required.
5. Assist with required documentation as requested for vat returns and year end accounts
6. Manage contact details and ensure records are correct and up to date for customers and suppliers
7. Credit control including making phone calls to customers as required.
