The Position / Responsibilities

* You will be providing telephone-based advice to clients regarding Life Insurance and Protection services
* Conducting fact finds and researching client requirements
* Maintaining records on the internal system and following the company sales process
* Building rapport and communicating professionally with clients
* Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

1. Previous experience as a Protection Adviser is essential
2. Qualifications in R01 & R05 or CF1 & R05, CeMAP & R05 or CeMAP & Cert Pro.
3. A highly professional, customer-focused individual
4. A fully consultative approach to sales and commitment to compliance
5. A confident communicator, particularly over the phone
