The Opportunity: As the Commercial Strategy Lead Innovation Lab in Ophthalmology, and a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will play a vital role in shaping our brand and driving our mission forward. Key Activities for this role

* Develop and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our mission and values.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in communication.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, enhancing our marketing efforts.
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
* Support the creation of compelling content that communicates our vision and initiatives.


Qualifications

* Previous and significant experience in marketing or communications.
* Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.


Preferred Experience

* Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
* Familiarity with patient‑centric marketing approaches.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical marketing.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
