We are supporting a global data centre developer in the appointment of a newly created Construction Scheduler role, supporting major Data Centre builds across EMEA.
This is a high-impact position governing scheduling standards across multiple live projects, working closely with project management, pre-construction and supply chain partners.
Travel across EMEA approx. 2x per month (2–3 days at a time).
The Role
You will:
* Govern construction scheduling best practice across multiple projects
* Review and challenge contractor baseline programmes
* Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
* Conduct time impact assessments & delay analysis
* Support risk analysis (QRA / SQRA)
* Report key risks & opportunities to senior leadership
* Work closely with commissioning & client fit-out teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven construction scheduling experience (essential)
* Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
* Data Centre experience highly desirable
* Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project / ASTA
* Experience with Earned Value & risk tools
* Confident influencing contractors & stakeholders across EMEA
