You’lllead programmes that shape how we deliver technology change across Aviva.
Your work will help us simplify our estate, improve how weoperateand deliver great outcomes for customers.
You’lljoin a supportive IT community focused on transformation,innovationand collaboration.
You’llguide delivery teams, manage risks, and make sure change lands safely and effectively.
Your decisions will help us deliver change with clarity,paceand confidence.
Skills and experiencewe’relooking for:
* Experience leading complex technology/ITtransformation programmes, within large and matrix organisations.
* Strong project delivery skills across Agile,Waterfalland DevOps.
* Proven ability to manage budgets of minimum £5m, suppliers,stakeholdersand resources effectively.
* Previouspeople leadership experience.
* Confidence managing risks,controlsand programme governance.
