The Client
Our client is a private equity backed consumer services business. They have grown significantly through the development of their consumer subscription model.
To continue and accelerate further their growth curve they are looking to appoint a dynamic and commercially astute Chief Commercial Officer to lead a multi channel P&L and distribution strategy.
The business is now poised to scale significantly through strategic partnerships, channel expansion, and enhanced monetisation of its proprietary data assets.
This newly created role will be pivotal in driving commercial performance across multiple revenue streams, including:
* Strategic Partnerships
– Lead the activation of a major new joint venture, managing P&L and scaling operations across contact centres and digital platforms.
* Channel Expansion
– Develop and execute a strategy to distribute services via new partners including insurers, vet chains, retailers, and other petcare providers.
* Insurance Monetisation
– Take ownership of existing partnerships and explore new white-label opportunities to significantly grow book value.
* Product Sales
– Oversee commercial teams across and define a go-to-market strategy to maximise sales through key veterinary channels.
The Person
We are seeking a commercially driven leader with:
* Significant commercial leadership experience in consumer services, ideally with exposure to subscription models, data monetisation, or petcare.
* A proven track record of building and scaling partnerships, launching new channels, and driving P&L growth.
* A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make rapid, data-led decisions.
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Flexibility to travel in the UK
