Registered Care Manager
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £ 40,000 per year + bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Scope:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established home care service that supports elderly service users to live independently in their own homes. In this role, youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branchholding CQC registration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of person-centred care.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of care professionals, taking ownership of recruitment, training, supervision, care assessments, and ongoing service delivery. You'll also oversee rota planning, safeguarding, incident management, and quality assurance, ensuring all care meets CQC Fundamental Standards.
You will play a key role in growing the service, building strong relationships within the local community, promoting the service, and increasing care hours. Alongside managing care delivery, youll also be responsible for the branch commercial performance and continuous improvement.
Do you have?
* Proven experience in a leadership role within home care or health and social care sector
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or currently working towards)
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance expectations
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
