Education and Experience * Comply with all KC Safety Systems & Processes * Assist in delivering line safety performance * Work to ensure Line Team ‘go home in same condition as they arrived’ * Support the delivery of all TM3 performance targets * Prepare and Lead Planned Maintenance activities including all scheduled Planned Maintenance shuts * Assist with breakdowns and repairs on the asset * Complete and continuously improve preventative maintenance activity * An indentured Apprenticeship with (ideally) a HNC in a Mechanical Engineering discipline or equivalent * Identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities; comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
