The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a supportive team with a steady flow of quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing files including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build transactions
* Conducting title checks and property searches
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Drafting contracts and handling enquiries
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements
* Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
Requirements:
* Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
* Ability to manage files independently from start to finish
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner considered
