Key responsibilities include: Leading shifts and supervising care staff Delivering and overseeing high-quality personal care Supporting residents’ emotional, social, and physical wellbeing Administering and managing medications Maintaining accurate care records and updating care plans Providing 1:1 supervision and support to team members Ensuring safeguarding and compliance standards are met This is a role where leadership, care, and consistency come together.
