What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• A proactive mindset – we love a go-getter!

What Might Help:
• Plate-spinning skills (literally or figuratively – both are useful!)
• A great sense of humour and the ability to make a cracking cup of tea
• Previous experience working to targets and thriving under pressure
• An interest in purpose-driven business – we’re a proud B Corp, after all
• Experience in a 360 recruitment role is ideal, but not essential

• Managing the full recruitment process – from briefing to placement
