Junior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Requirements:
* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards.
* Ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members.
* Understanding of food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
* Loves celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
