We work with Primary Schools across Gateshead, providing short-term and day-to-day KS1 cover to keep learning consistent for young pupils.
The role will involve:
1. Teaching KS1 classes
2. Supporting phonics-led learning and routines
3. Creating a nurturing classroom environment
4. Encouraging curiosity and confidence
5. Adapting to different schools with ease
We’re looking for someone who:
6. Has experience working with children
7. Holds UK QTS or equivalent
8. Is calm, patient and encouraging
9. Enjoys flexible teaching work
10. Has the right to work in the UK
