About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of key customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and leading the project team. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, staying within budget and delivering exceptional results.
What Youll Do:
7. Client Management: Act as the main client contact, ensuring KPIs are met and satisfaction remains high.
8. Risk & Change Control: Manage project risks and scope changes, including SoWs and change control processes.
9. Cost Control: Review P&L and manage costs to drive profitability.
10. Billing & Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely client billing and invoicing.
11. Reporting: Create and present project reports for review meetings and stakeholders.
12. Team Leadership: Lead and support the project team through 1:1s, mentoring, and training opportunities.
13. Issue Escalation: Handle on-site escalations, providing quick and effective solutions.
14. Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects and teams to ensure smooth delivery.
15. Field Resource Management: Build strong relationships with field teams and support forecasting needs.
16. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for aligned project execution.
What Youll Bring:
17. Project Management Expertise: Proven ability in leading complex physical projects, with a strong focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
18. Industry Experience: Experience in the hospitality or retail sector is desirable (desirable but not essential).
19. Leadership: Skilled in mentoring and coaching junior team members, as well as managing office-based and remote teams.
20. Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs across projects.
21. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with project management tools and MS Office.
22. Customer-Focused: Strong record of delivering client-focused solutions and building relationships.
23. Network Knowledge: Familiar with network infrastructure, data, power, and Wi-Fi (desirable but not essential).
24. Travel Willingness: Holds a full UK license and is willing to travel, including overnight stays.
