For further information on this vacancy please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves for a confidential discussion via Vanrath. My experience with Vanrath was genuinely excellent. From the first phone call I made about a position they were promoting, right through to the interview preparation and the guidance I received before starting my new job, every stage went above and beyond what I expected. Jack handled my senior-level job application last April, and he was outstanding throughout. I'm in my current role thanks to his support, and I'm extremely grateful. He offered clear, practical advice on how to approach the interview - including using the STAR method - which pushed me to prepare thoroughly. The interview itself was challenging, but his guidance made a real difference. Although we never met face-to-face and only communicated by phone and email, he always came across clearly and professionally. He was easy to collaborate with and consistently quick to respond. I would strongly recommend Vanrath. Jack, in particular, was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and efficient from the moment I first got in touch. Within just a week of sending over my CV, I had completed an interview and received an offer. Michael also provided steady support throughout the journey, from interview tips to follow-up conversations, ultimately helping me make the right choice.
