Your new role
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high‑level administrative and organisational support. This role requires exceptionalmunication skills, discretion, and the ability to managepeting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
1. Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedule.
2. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
4. Coordinate and support meetings, including agenda preparation and minute‑taking.
5. Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
6. Prioritise and manage multiple tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met.
7. Support the CEO with ad‑hoc tasks, projects, and strategic initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
9. Experience working within a large organisation
10. Excellent written and verbalmunication abilities.
11. Proven experience in a senior administrative or PA role (preferably supporting an executive).
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
13. Ability to work with discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgement.
