Our Client, a Greater Manchester council, is seeking a Social Worker to join their Children with Disability Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Assess needs of children with disabilities and their families.
* Develop and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Safeguard children and manage risks in line with statutory guidance.
* Coordinate multi-agency support (health, education, voluntary services).
* Advocate for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard.
* Prepare reports and attend meetings/court as required.
* Manage caseloads and maintain accurate records.
* Provide advice for EHCPs and specialist services.
* Promote equality and anti-discriminatory practice.
* Engage in supervision and professional development.
Requirements of this role
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
