What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience working as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within UK Construction.An M&E bias.Experience in technical/heavy M&E projects.Experience gained on boiler house construction, manufacturing plants/heavy industrial or process pipework construction projects.A HND or Degree in quantity surveying (or other commercially related discipline).RICS accreditation.A good knowledge of monthly reporting and an understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budgets/forecasts.
