Specification Sales Manager – North West\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our successful and expanding sales team.\n\nThis role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong existing relationships in the architect and design community, as well as a passion for delivering commercial success.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nYou will be responsible for driving growth across the North West, focusing on key regions including Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Nottingham. Your role will involve developing both new and existing business opportunities, promoting our comprehensive portfolio of doors, glazing, and working wall solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Drive sales growth across architects, designers, end users, and fit-out contractors\n\n * \n\n Develop specifications and secure project involvement across commercial office, public, and private sector developments\n\n * \n\n Present and promote products to key stakeholders and manage projects from specification through to completion\n\n * \n\n Deliver CPD presentations and build long-term client relationships\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n * \n\n Minimum 2 years’ experience selling specified products into the commercial, public, and private sectors via architects and designers\n\n * \n\n Proven track record of securing specifications and following projects through the sales cycle\n\n * \n\n Excellent presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering CPDs is essential\n\n * \n\n Well-presented, professional, and confident when engaging with high-end clients\n\nAbout the Company\n\nWe are a leading manufacturer, designer, and installer of high-quality doors, glazing systems, and working walls, known for our innovative approach and excellent service.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive basic salary with bonus potential\n\n * \n\n Electric company car or car allowance\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare\n\n * \n\n Contributory pension scheme\n\n * \n\n 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
