A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at a successful and busy pub that provides fresh seasonal modern British dishes. As Sous Chef you will work closely with the team of chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. This is a pub that is very busy throughout the year also serving Sunday lunch as well as offering, private and alfresco dining. You will be expected to be able to run the pass and organise the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Sous Chef in a fine dining, high volume, fast paced, fresh food property, where you have demonstrated excellent standards. An enthusiastic, hands on chef that is creative, confident and a good team player.
