Rise Art shares the stories and perspectives of outstanding contemporary artists with a global audience. Based in London and Bordeaux, we work across physical and digital platforms to celebrate and develop artists' careers worldwide.
Following collaborations with Soho House & Co, Glenfiddich, and British Airways, Rise Art is entering an exciting new growth phase. We are now looking for a creative, entrepreneurial Marketing & Communications Manager to help shape, scale, and steward the Rise Art brand.

The Role
As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will lead Rise Art's brand expression and marketing execution across channels. Working closely with the founders, curatorial team, and designers, you will translate artistic vision into compelling campaigns, content, and engagement across digital, social, and physical brand touchpoints—driving both brand relevance and commercial performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and thrive in a fast-moving, creative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications Strategy
* Build and strengthen Rise Art's brand awareness and positioning globally
* Collaborate closely with founders and curators on brand storytelling, campaign vision, and creative direction
* Develop and execute data-informed marketing strategies across digital, press, partnerships, and influencer channels
* Identify and manage collaborations with artists, designers, curators, and aspirational brands
* Own the marketing calendar, OKRs, and budgets across channels
Social & Digital Marketing
* Own Rise Art's social media strategy and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms (e.g. TikTok)
* Plan and deliver content from concept through to publishing, working with internal teams and freelancers
* Partner with our paid media agency on Meta and Google Ads to ensure strong targeting, creative alignment, and ROI
Community, Influencers & Experiences
* Position Rise Art as a community-first brand by engaging directly with customers, artists, curators, and cultural voices
* Build and manage authentic influencer, PR, and gifting programmes
* Support and help deliver in-person brand moments including pop-ups, exhibitions, residencies, and collaboration launches
Content & Brand Voice
* Write and edit compelling copy content across social, email, and campaigns
* Maintain and evolve Rise Art's tone of voice across digital and offline touchpoints
* Contribute to campaign production and creative direction alongside curation and design
Analytics, Budgeting & Performance
* Define and track KPIs across marketing channels, using analytics and AI-driven tools
* Manage marketing budgets and report on performance, insights, and learnings
* Work closely with the CTO and growth team to optimise campaigns and decision-making
Leadership & Collaboration
* Work closely with founders to align brand strategy, growth objectives, and budgets
* Identify, secure and manage freelancers and external partners including writers, photographers, and agencies
* Support and develop junior team members as the brand grows
Who We're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within art, culture, luxury, interiors, or aspirational DTC brands
* Startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred
* Deep passion for social media, storytelling, and visual culture
* Data-driven, highly organised, and comfortable testing and iterating
* Able to define strategy but equally happy rolling up your sleeves to execute
* Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for content, trends, and cultural moments
* Experience managing paid media and using Google Analytics
* Confident working with agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams
* Curious, resourceful, and excited by new tools, platforms, and ideas
* A global outlook and genuine passion for art and contemporary culture
