We have an exciting opportunity for 3.5 Tonne drivers to work on a local council contract, this role will involve driving and street cleansing, opening parks, strimming/ mowing and more (training to be provided)
Shifts available:
* Monday to Sunday work, 5 days out of 7
* Working as part of a two or three person crew
* £12.71 /hr
Main Duties:
1. Carry out general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and lawn edging.
2. Prepare soil for planting by digging and conditioning areas for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
3. Maintain landscaped areas through regular weeding, watering, and mulching.
4. Safely and efficiently operate both power and hand tools for various grounds keeping tasks.
5. Ensure healthy plant growth by properly irrigating lawns and landscaped areas.
6. Construct and repair fences, walkways, and other outdoor structures as needed.
7. Perform routine inspections of the grounds to identify and address maintenance issues.
