Role Overview
Proactively manage raw material supplier performance to ensure the Material Requirement Plan (MRP) can be realized. Maintain relevant Procurement Master Data in SAP to facilitate reliable MRP calculations and effective PO creation. Support category managers and strategic buyers in implementing supply strategies. Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice queries.

What You’ll Do
* Monitor and track supplier performance, providing feedback to Strategic Buyers and category managers
* Support supplier change implementations and initiatives led by Central Category managers and Site Strategic Buyers
* Ensure all relevant material and vendor master data, as well as outline agreements, are available and current in SAP
* Handle Level 2 vendor issues such as delivery delays, PO confirmation issues, and shipping inquiries
* Manage vendor performance, driving improvements in delivery, quality, and compliance; handle vendor returns (RMA, cost recovery, replacements)
What We’re Looking For (Up to 7 Points)
* Customer service mentality with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
* Understanding of general business practices
* Experience with Operational Procurement and Purchasing of Raw Materials, including Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order processes
* Experience conducting competitive bids and handling supplier negotiations
* Ability to persuade and influence suppliers for optimal outcomes
* Hands-on experience using SAP ERP in procurement roles
