Global Highland are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of aQHSE Advisor. This role will be pivotal in delivering and embedding robust Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) auditing processes in line with national and international standards.
The successful candidate will lead on comprehensive audits to evaluate compliance and effectiveness of systems, processes, and products against established quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements. This includes detailed documentation reviews, assessment of policies and procedures, and close collaboration with Principal Contractors to ensure Project Safety, Quality, and Environmental Plans are developed and implemented to the highest standard.
The role will also involve contributing to accident and incident investigations, identifying root causes, and delivering strategic advice and guidance to share lessons learned across the organisation. By conducting in-depth SHEQ audits on internal operations as well as contractor activities, the job holder will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, compliance, and a proactive culture of risk management and safety excellence.
Through rigorous evaluation and transparency, this position will ensure that quality assurance is fully integrated into the organisations operations, supporting the achievement of compliance and safety objectives.
