Due to sustained client demand, we’re expanding our Employment Tax team and are looking for a Senior Manager to play a key role in delivering high‑quality advisory work, managing significant client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of our offering.
You’ll advise across a broad range of employment tax matters (including PAYE, NICs, benefits‑in‑kind, IR35, global mobility, and reward planning) working closely with senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities to deepen and broaden client relationships.
This role is ideal for individuals who are ambitious and may wish to progress into a Director role over time. You’ll have access to structured development programmes, mentoring from senior leaders, and opportunities to build your commercial, leadership, and strategic skills.

What you'll be doing day to day
1. Leading employment tax advisory engagements across PAYE, NICs, CIS, expatriate tax, and global mobility
2. Managing key client relationships and delivering high‑quality, practical advice
3. Actively contributing to business development, including identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding existing accounts
4. Advising on IR35 and off‑payroll working, including reviews and remediation projects
5. Conducting employment tax risk reviews, audits, and due diligence
6. Supporting the structuring of tax‑efficient remuneration and termination packages
7. Collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external advisers
8. Coaching and mentoring managers and junior team members
9. Participating in leadership and development initiatives aligned to progression towards Director
10. Keeping clients informed of legislative changes and emerging employment tax risks
About you
11. ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
12. Strong, hands‑on experience in UK employment tax as a Senior Manager or equivalent
13. Excellent technical knowledge of P11Ds, PSAs, and employment tax legislation
14. Exposure to global mobility is advantageous but not essential
15. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and relationship‑building skills
16. Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated by career progression and growth
