Maintenance Shift Manager To Manage the shift team in day-to-day activities To lead from the front and manage customer expectations. To maintain, repair, and support the equipment detailed within the agreed scope. Primarily ensuring delivery to always achieve KPI targets. Equipment servicing by the quality standards and time schedules as in the manuals. Compliance with Health & Safety Always ensure the quality of output Involvement in continuous improvement and enhancement To ensure the delivery of team processes: Team and individual attendance Staff discipline Staff development is identified through (appraisal) Fully interact with other engineering team leaders to ensure consistency across shifts and best practices is collective. The successful Maintenance Shift Managerwill have previous experience within an electrical/mechanical site-based engineering, automation, or manufacturing environment.
