Transport General Manager Staffordshire £60,000 - £65,000 + Car / Allowance + Bonus We are recruiting a Transport General Manager to lead a well-established, multi-site transport operation based in Stafford, reporting directly to the Operations Director. This role sits at the heart of a £25M business with a fleet of 100+ vehicles and requires a hands-on, commercially aware leader who can balance operational control with strategic improvement. The Role You will take full ownership of the transport function, ensuring operational performance, compliance, and cost efficiency across multiple sites.
