Up to £50,000 per annum plus bonus. Monday - Friday, Office Based. Southam, Warwickshire.

Responsibilities
* Preparing monthly, quarterly & annual statements
* Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (UK GAAP/IFRS)
* Maintaining general ledger
* Posting journals
* Overseeing AP & AR
* VAT & submitting tax calculations
* PAYE compliance & liaising with payroll providers
* Assisting with year‑end processes and external audits

Requirements
* Previous experience in a Financial Accounting role
* Strong understanding of VAT, journals, reconciliations, and month‑end processes
* Confident producing accounts up to Trial Balance
* Experience in SME Standalone business
* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly
* Comfortable using finance systems and Excel
* AAT Qualification or working towards an Accounting Qualification
