About The Role
As a Senior Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You’ll help retain and grow these partnerships by delivering exceptional service, meeting agreed objectives and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved. You’ll also identify opportunities for performance improvements, resolve issues promptly, and work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Act as the main escalation point for clients.
* Oversee pre- and post-sale processes, reports, and SLAs.
* Support Account Directors with revenue growth, action plans and customer reviews.
* Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
* Complete meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and tender/contract preparation accurately and on time.
What We’re Looking For
* Exceptional customer focus and strong questioning skills to understand needs.
* Results-driven, with commercial awareness and the ability to spot sales opportunities.
* Influential communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Process-focussed, detail-oriented and committed to quality and service.
* Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Salesforce desirable).
* Able to manage workload, adapt quickly to change and thrive under pressure.
