Our Finance function spans a wide range of specialist areas – from Business Finance and Procurement to Group Central Finance, Group Tax, Group Accounting & Reporting, and Internal Audit, Risk & Controls. Working alongside leaders and colleagues across the organisation, our teams provide expert insight, identify opportunities for improvement, and support critical business decisions that shape our future.
As a Finance Graduate, you’ll join a structured rotational programme designed to give you broad exposure across these areas. You’ll gain hands‑on experience from day one, supported by tailored training, professional development, and full study support to achieve your finance qualifications.
