The Role
* Support the identification and assessment of new wind development sites
* Undertake GIS analysis across land, grid, environmental and planning constraints
* Contribute to early-stage project design and feasibility studies
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external consultants
* Opportunity to progress into development roles as the business scales
Requirements
* Background in renewables, infrastructure, or environmental analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
* Profit share (c.1%) offering strong long-term earning potential
