Scrubs MEP is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to mechanical and electrical installations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Person to join our team on a part-time basis.
Accounts Administrator
Responsibilities
* Issue payment applications accurately and timely.
* Verify invoices and ensure all details are correct.
* Handle CIS labour invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Maintain accurate financial records using Xero accountancy software.
* Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in accounting, particularly in issuing payment applications and verifying invoices.
* Familiarity with CIS labour invoices and related regulations.
* Proficiency in using Xero accountancy software.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
Working Hours
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule.
